Rec Program
The NHGSL REC Program is for players of all abilities. We offer age divisions U8 through U18.
FALL BALL 2024 is for 8U to 14U
Fall Rec:
Early Bird Special $50 if registered before 8-1-24. $100 if after 8-1-24.

8U: Coach Pitch
-players 6-8 years old
-1 practice a week clinic style
-1 game per week
-end of August through end of October
-practices and games will be scheduled to best of our ability on non-cheerleading days/times
-introduction to softball promoting building softball skills, teamwork, sportsmanship, and social skills amongst age-appropriate peers.
10U:
-players 9-10 years old
-1 to 2 practices a week
-1 game per week
-all skill-levels welcome
-end of August through end of October
-practices and games will be scheduled to best of our ability on non-cheerleading days/times
12u:
-players 11-12 years old
-1 to 2 practices a week
-1 game per week
-all skill-levels welcome
-end of August through end of October

14U:
-players 13-14 years old
-1 to 2 practices a week
-1 game per week
-all skill-levels welcome
-end of August through end of October

Ages
U8 = 1st - 3rd graders
U10 = 3rd - 5th graders
U14 = 6th - 8th graders
U18 = 9th - 12th graders (8th graders welcome)
When
Spring season is mid-April to the end of June.
Fall season is mid/late-August to the end of October
Where
Practices & home games are held at Gateway Campus located at 88 Bassett Road, North Haven.
Practices
Preseason: 2-3 practices per week
In-season: 1-2 practices per week
Games
Games: 1-3 games per week
FALL BALL = 1/2 games per week
Jerseys
SPRING: Jerseys & socks are included in registration fee. U8 also includes pants.
FALL: Team t-shirts are included in registration fee.

FALL REC 2024
- Divisions: 8U, 10U, 12U, & 14U
- Practices will start late August and games usually start after Labor Day weekend
- Early Bird Registration = $50 good if signed up by 8/1/24 for $50. Use PROMO CODE = FALL50 for a 50% discount from the $100 registration fee
- all signups 8/2/24 & later will be $100 per player
